In the aftermath of a traumatic event, a young woman navigates her world through the haunting soundscape of everyday noises, which 'peoples' her world and forces her to face her reality of circumstances and her fear of reaching out for help. 



Kalyn approached me with her deeply emotional script in mid 2023. After a clear mutual understanding of how to handle the film's themes in pre production, we shot the film in 2 days, largely just with the two of us.

Since then, Screaming Silence has gone on to win international acclaim at numerous film festivals, sparking conversation all along the way. The film is one of my proudest achievements and I remain humbled at being entrusted with such a personal story.
